BizBot AS («BizBot») offers a web-based business administration service to companies (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to and are bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. Use of BizBot
Use of BizBot’s products and services shall be compliant with the terms in this Agreement, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users cannot re-sell accounts or any of the content on the account. You cannot share your password with a third party, and must store it in a secure and appropriate manner.
It is a breach of this Agreement to use BizBot’s services and/or products for illegal business. You cannot store and/or distribute data on the Services that violates Norwegian laws and regulations, including privacy and copyright laws.
BizBot reserves the right to block access or prohibit the use of the Service, delete user data and/or delete user accounts if we believe that the user violates this Agreement.
Storage and/or distribution of data that violates Norwegian law may be reported to the authorities.
BizBot does not monitor files / documentation on www.bizbot.com, and is thus not responsible for content and form, as well as content in any links. BizBot is also not responsible for errors, defects and/or unwanted properties of relevant data, file attachments, links etc.
Required personal information that BizBot has about the user should at all times be updated. The user shall notify about the change of e-mail address and other matters of importance for the use of BizBot by logging in to www.bizbot.com and changing this under personal settings.
3. Pricing and Termination
The pricing and termination of subscriptions are subject to current price list or contract at any time, with the addition of value added tax at the time of payment.
After a subscription is terminated, BizBot will downgrade the user’s account to a “free account”.
If the user has failed to pay fees or other amounts due to BizBot, BizBot has the right to terminate the subscription 30 days after the original payment deadline.
BizBot has the right to terminate the user’s account if the user acts in a manner that is not in accordance with this Agreement or instructions given by BizBot.
4. Liability and Warranties
BizBot is under no circumstances liable for any damages, costs or losses associated with the user’s use of the Service. This also applies to loss of data stored in the Services and consequences of data loss.
BizBot’s aggregate liability for any kind of damage, expense or loss related to the Service is under all circumstances limited to an amount corresponding to the amount paid for the Services for the past 12 months prior to the occurrence of the claim.
BizBot is under no event responsible for indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind.
5. Marketing and Communication in Electronic Media
BizBot will only send the user relevant and customized information about news, products and services from the company in channels such as e-mail and SMS if the user has given consent. The user may at any time withdraw such consent.
6. Changes in the Services and Terms & Conditions
BizBot reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Agreement with 30 (thirty) days notice. BizBot also reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, after notifying the user by e-mail at least 30 (thirty) days prior to such modification or termination of the Service.
BizBot reserves the right to change the prices of the current subscriptions. The changes will take effect 30 (thirty) days after notification has been sent. All notifications of changes mentioned above are sent to the user via email.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Norwegian law. In the event of any controversy or claim under this agreement, which cannot be amicably settled, such dispute shall be referred to Oslo Tingrett as the legal venue.
