Organization costs USD 229/month (USD 189/month billed annually) for 20 users and unlimited grants. Enterprise pricing is custom.
New workspaces receive a 14-day Team trial without a card, then move to Free unless upgraded. Features such as integrations, reporting and access controls depend on the plan.
Limitations and checks
Confirm eligibility, deadlines and application instructions with the original funder. AI summaries need human review and do not guarantee eligibility or an award. The provider reports daily updates for most federal and state sources and weekly updates for smaller sources; BizBot has not independently audited update coverage or accuracy. Check document access, export and retention terms before uploading confidential proposals.
