Free plan and paid extras
The published free plan includes unlimited screening assessments and team seats. Results, scores and transcripts have no plan-based expiry; video storage is limited to the latest 300 videos for 30 days. Paid plans add video retention, branding and downloads. Scoring and human review
For AI interviews, requirements are rated from 0 to 10 against recruiter-defined criteria and weighted by importance. Reports show reasoning; the provider says report quotes are checked against transcripts. People make final hiring decisions. Scores are not probabilities of job success. See scoring methodology and AI ethics and limitations. Flowmingo states that it has not commissioned an independent algorithmic bias audit and does not claim EU AI Act conformity.
Candidate data and model improvement
The privacy policy distinguishes recruiter-controlled data from Flowmingo’s own controller copy. Recruiter-owned candidate data is retained according to recruiter requirements; recruiter accounts are retained for two years after closure. Candidates can request deletion, human review and exclusion from model-improvement uses.
An optional Data Contribution Program separately permits pseudonymised interview datasets to be shared for AI development. Withdrawal applies to future releases; removing influence from models already developed may not be feasible. Buyers should review these purposes, retention, international transfers and deletion arrangements before using real candidate data.
