FlexiSign

Digital Signatures

FlexiSign is an electronic signature tool for uploading a document, placing signature and data fields on it, and sending it out for people to sign online. It covers the familiar e-signature loop — upload, prepare, send, chase, archive — with reusable templates and a status dashboard so you can see what is still outstanding. It is a smaller, independent product rather than one of the household-name signing platforms, and it markets itself on privacy and security along with a lower price point than the incumbents.

What you can actually do with it

The feature set is the standard e-signature toolkit, aimed at teams that send a steady but not enormous volume of documents:

Who it fits best

FlexiSign fits freelancers, small agencies and small businesses who send a predictable number of contracts, quotes, NDAs or onboarding forms each month and find the bigger signing platforms more expensive than the job warrants. Recruiters, consultants, property and services businesses are typical cases: a handful of people, repeatable paperwork, no need for deep systems integration.

It fits less well in regulated or high-volume environments where signature evidence will be scrutinised, or where signing has to be embedded directly into your own product or CRM. If a legal or compliance team has to sign off on the vendor, expect them to ask questions that a smaller supplier may take longer to answer.

Things worth knowing before you commit

Alternatives to compare it against

The obvious comparisons are the established e-signature services such as DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign and Dropbox Sign, which cost more but bring stronger legal recognition, deeper integrations and better-known audit trails. At the budget end, PandaDoc and SignWell overlap closely with FlexiSign, and PandaDoc adds proposal and quoting features if your documents are sales collateral as much as contracts. If you only sign occasionally, the signing tools already bundled with Adobe Acrobat or your CRM may be enough on their own.

Document limits, per-user charges and plan features change over time. Check FlexiSign’s own pricing page for current terms before you commit.
