ClearCRM
ClearCRM is a cloud CRM for small businesses that bundles contacts, sales pipelines, marketing, invoicing, projects and support tickets into one subscription. The pitch is breadth at small-business scale: instead of paying for a CRM plus an email tool plus an invoicing app, you run the whole customer lifecycle in one place. It is a much smaller and less established vendor than the mainstream CRMs, so treat the trial as a serious evaluation rather than a formality.
What you can actually do with it
The product is organized around the path from lead to paid customer, with support and project features attached at the end of it.
- Track leads and deals in pipelines. Multiple customizable pipelines with kanban and list views, so you can see which deals are stuck and convert a lead to a customer in one step.
- Keep contact and company records. Linked people and organizations, notes, activity history, file attachments and unlimited custom fields for the data your business actually cares about.
- Send and automate email. Email integration with tracking, plus campaign and sequence tools for follow-up, so outreach lives next to the deal record.
- Quote, invoice and take payment. Turn a quote into an invoice and collect payment through Stripe, which is unusual in a CRM at this size.
- Run projects and support. Task boards with assignments and milestones for delivery work, plus a ticketing system, knowledge base and customer portal for support requests.
- Automate routine steps. A workflow builder handles task routing, follow-up reminders and bulk updates, with dashboards reporting on sales and marketing activity.
Who it fits best
It aims at solo operators and small teams — consultancies, agencies, trades and small service businesses — who want one tool covering sales through invoicing rather than a stack of subscriptions to reconcile.
It is less suitable if you have an established finance or marketing system you intend to keep, since the overlap is then wasted, or if you need a large ecosystem of ready-made integrations with other software.
Things worth knowing before you commit
- It is a small, relatively unknown vendor. There is little independent review coverage, so verify the company, support responsiveness and roadmap yourself before moving customer data in.
- Breadth usually costs depth. An all-in-one product at this price point rarely matches a dedicated CRM, email platform or accounting system feature for feature. Test the two or three features you rely on most.
- Check export and ownership. Confirm you can export contacts, deals and invoices in a usable format before you start, so switching later is possible.
- Confirm integrations exist. If you depend on a link to your accounting software, calendar or phone system, check it specifically rather than assuming a marketplace equivalent to the big vendors.
Alternatives to compare it against
Pipedrive and HubSpot are the usual comparisons: Pipedrive for straightforward pipeline selling, HubSpot when marketing tools matter and you can live with its pricing steps. Zoho CRM offers similar all-in-one breadth from a much larger vendor with a long track record. If your team is tiny and the real need is organized follow-up, a lightweight CRM such as Less Annoying CRM or even a well-run shared spreadsheet may be enough for now.
Pricing, plan limits and feature availability change regularly — check ClearCRM’s own pricing page and confirm details with the vendor before you decide.
