ClearCRM

Communication CRM Productivity

ClearCRM is a cloud CRM for small businesses that bundles contacts, sales pipelines, marketing, invoicing, projects and support tickets into one subscription. The pitch is breadth at small-business scale: instead of paying for a CRM plus an email tool plus an invoicing app, you run the whole customer lifecycle in one place. It is a much smaller and less established vendor than the mainstream CRMs, so treat the trial as a serious evaluation rather than a formality.

What you can actually do with it

The product is organized around the path from lead to paid customer, with support and project features attached at the end of it.

Who it fits best

It aims at solo operators and small teams — consultancies, agencies, trades and small service businesses — who want one tool covering sales through invoicing rather than a stack of subscriptions to reconcile.

It is less suitable if you have an established finance or marketing system you intend to keep, since the overlap is then wasted, or if you need a large ecosystem of ready-made integrations with other software.

Things worth knowing before you commit

Alternatives to compare it against

Pipedrive and HubSpot are the usual comparisons: Pipedrive for straightforward pipeline selling, HubSpot when marketing tools matter and you can live with its pricing steps. Zoho CRM offers similar all-in-one breadth from a much larger vendor with a long track record. If your team is tiny and the real need is organized follow-up, a lightweight CRM such as Less Annoying CRM or even a well-run shared spreadsheet may be enough for now.

Pricing, plan limits and feature availability change regularly — check ClearCRM’s own pricing page and confirm details with the vendor before you decide.
